Upon receipt of your order, the services will be activated as soon as practicable within the terms applicable to the services that you purchased from Virtual Address.

The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you for Virtual receptionist and 1300 Numbers once the phone number(s) are active.

Virtual Assistant will be deemed to be successfully delivered on notification from support/sales staff either by phone or written correspondence.

In the case of Virtual Address, the services will be deemed to be successfully delivered on receipt of your Virtual Address confirmation email.
